Requirements for ePublishing

We can convert most types of files, including PDF, Word, Quark, and InDesign, and others, with images, as long as all pages are in one format and in one file.

For eStarPublish.com to transform your manuscript to an eBook, it must be laid out in the final format in which you would like it to appear on eReaders, since we will be taking the image of each page directly from your file as-is. It is best to send us a professionally laid-out book file.

We welcome new manuscripts and previously published books, as long as the submitter owns the copyright(s). We do not convert materials of a pornographic nature.

While eStarPublish prefers professionally designed, edited, and produced manuscripts because they serve their authors and publishers much better in the marketplace, it is not required. If your manuscript is not already laid out in a professional format and you would like eStarPublish.com to do that for you, we are happy to perform that service for our standard fee. After you agree to the terms in the Conversion Agreement section, files can either be e-mailed to us as an electronic file or sent to us on disk via regular mail. Complete instructions are in the Conversion Agreement section.
